With over 25 years in the “people” business, Alissa served the first part of her career as a senior level Corporate Human Resources professional.  Alissa founded Executive Impact, a State of Tennessee Certified Woman Owned Business, for the purpose of increasing the culture capital of organizations. She partners with leaders and their teams to empower them to achieve maximum results and make their highest contribution.  Alissa is a Speaker, Author, Professional Certified Coach and holds a number of other coaching and professional designations.  Her clients credit her with the faith, passion and enthusiasm to create profound awareness and inspire transformation in an exciting, engaging and refreshing manner while establishing accountable and sustainable environments to insure continued growth and success.

With over two decades as a business owner, Jeremy has personally experienced the success and challenge of creating, growing and operating successful businesses and leading teams. In addition to his professional background, Jeremy has also been actively involved in orchestrating large scale political events and related projects and has a passion for thinking outside of the box. He brings a wealth of knowledge in vision, strategy, planning, and systems and processes in the accounting and information technology areas within Executive Impact.

Roberta is passionate about developing people and organizations.  As a dedicated and innovative thought leader, she has over 20 years of experience in training and development, organizational effectiveness, human resources, financial services and hospital business office operations. Roberta found her passion for training and development while serving as Director of Education and Training at HCA, Hospital Corporation for America, where she successfully led numerous individuals and teams in leadership development, new system implementations and results-driven customer service initiatives.
